1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted if:

1. The item arrives damaged or defective.

2. You receive the wrong item.

3. Your order is lost in transit.

 

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original
packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized products.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

 

3. Process 

Contact us at drop224444@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for refund. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a replacement product.
