Cancellation Policy

understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order.
Please read the following guidelines to understand how we handle cancellations:

Order Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the
order. After this window passes, orders may already be processing or preparing
for shipment, making cancellation difficult.

3. Reason for cancellation

Cancellation Processing

We’ll confirm your cancellation request within 24 hours. Once
confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification of successful cancellation.

Refunds

Full refund will be issued for canceled orders, processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method. Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be needed for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Items marked as “Custom” or “Made-to-Order” cannot be canceled once production begins.

If Your Order Has Shipped Already

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched. You may still return the items see our Refund Policy for return and refund details.
